Will you be the next Sprint Series Champion?
Point System Sprint Series Championship
- Earn points for every race of the Series in which you take part
- To take part in the series championship you either need to participate in either all 3 Races or Race 1 or Race 2 + Race 3
- If you take part in the 3 races, only your best result of Race 1 and Race 2 + result of Race 3 counts
- Points are earned by your ranking (winner earns 100 points, Runner up 99, 3rd place 98, etc.)
- Points are earned by your timing (time winner / your time * 100)
- Members of a relay team may differ per race
- Each age category will have a Series Champion
- The winners (male and female) of the Open Category will take the Sprint Series Challenge Cup home.
Example:
Aquathlon Result: 12th place in 50 minutes (winner 40 minutes) > 88 points rank + 80 points time = 168 points total
Duathlon Result: 34th place in 1h20min (winner 1 hour) > 66 points rank + 75 points time = 141 points total
Triathlon Result: 19th place in 1h30min (winner 1h15min) > 81 points rank + 83 points time = 164 points total
Total Points Series Champion (best result Aquathlon-Duathlon+result Triathlon): 168 Points Aquathlon + 164 Points Triathlon = 332 Points Total”
